1. Schedule your first ecoENERGY “Pre Retrofit” assessment with one of our Natural Resource Canada (NRCan) certified energy evaluators.
2. Meet with the evaluator who will conduct a “Blower Door” test, and detailed energy evaluation of your home. Discuss energy upgrades, savings and rebates.
3. Within 14 days receive:

(A) A printed Energuide label that shows you how your home rates in  comparison to others of the same age and construction.

(b) An Energy Efficiency Evaluation Report that shows you where your energy money is being spent, how you can improve your home’s energy efficiency, and grants available for projected upgrades.

4. Complete your retrofits and receive your second ”Post Retrofit” evaluation within 18 months of your first audit or before March 31, 2011 (whichever comes first)
5. Receive your Provincial grants within 90 days based on qualified upgrades

To qualify for the Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) ecoENERGY Retrofit for Homes grant you must be an owner of a single residential family home (including detached, semi-detached and low-rise multi unit residential buildings), undergo an ecoENERGY evaluation by a Certified Energy Advisor (CEA) and improve the energy efficiency of your home.
